Luisa comes from Sardinia a special isle of Italy, which has always been and continues to be her main source of inspiration. 

She has been working in hospitality  for 17 years  and has a great  managerial experience in fine dining. 

Luisa's  brand new private dining concept will see an intimate  experience for  guests at Luisa ’s table to join her for a multiple-course set menu 

Luisa will cook a stunning array of dishes based on the best of the season’s ingredients using Scottish and British produce combine with Sardinia ingredients.  

A'la carte menu is now availabe to deliver.

Regular registration as a food business,food health and safety certificate and using PPE during the preparation and the delivery.
