An Intimate Sardinian Fine Dining Experience

An intimate eight-course Sardinian tasting experience in Edinburgh, hosted in the chef’s private home, designed to be enjoyed slowly, where each dish reflects a dialogue between Sardinia and Scotland. Rooted in Sardinian heritage and refined through contemporary technique, the menu highlights the finest Sardinian ingredients alongside carefully selected Scottish and British produce.

Due to the intimate nature of the supperclub, availability is limited. Guests are welcome to bring their own wine to accompany the experience.

Featuring both warm and cold courses, the menu evolves with the seasons and the daily catch, combining delicate flavours, handmade pasta and contemporary technique.
