To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests, please take a moment to read the following booking terms.

Booking & Card Details

All reservations are made through our online booking system.
A valid card is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. No payment or deposit is taken at this stage.
Card details are securely held by the booking provider and are not visible to us.
For bookings of more than 8 guests, please contact us directly.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your reservation time.
Cancellations, no-shows, or changes in guest numbers made within 24 hours will incur a fee of £25 per person, charged automatically to the card provided at the time of booking.

Menu Selection
The Signature Seafood Tasting Menu is served as the standard experience.
Alternative menus, including Land & Sea and Vegetarian options, can be selected at the time of booking.
Please note that the Land & Sea Tasting Journey requires at least 5 days’ notice.

Dietary Requirements
Please inform us of any dietary requirements at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate where possible.

Arrival Time
Guests are kindly asked to arrive on time to ensure the experience flows smoothly.

The Experience
This is an intimate multi-course tasting experience hosted in the chef’s home.
Each table is hosted independently at its reserved time, with the menu served in a relaxed and continuous flow.

Guests are welcome to bring their own wine to accompany the experience
