Luisa is the passionate chef behind Scotland Meets Sardinia Supperclub!
Born and raised on the Italian island of Sardinia, Luisa has been immersed in the world of hospitality for nearly two decades. Her culinary journey took her to England, where she honed her skills at prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants, mastering the art of fine dining. But Luisa's true dream was to open her own restaurant, where she could share the authentic flavours of her Sardinian heritage.
When the supperclub trend emerged, she saw an opportunity to make her dream a reality in a more accessible way. In 2020, Luisa relocated to the vibrant city of Edinburgh and warmly welcomed guests into her home, giving birth to the Scotland Meets Sardinia Supperclub.
