Born and raised on the Italian island of Sardinia, Luisa has been immersed in the world of hospitality for nearly two decades. She has honed her skills at prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants, mastering the art of fine dining. But Luisa’s true dream was to open her own restaurant, where she could share the authentic flavours of her Sardinian heritage.
In 2020, Luisa relocated to Edinburgh and welcomed guests into her home, giving birth to Scotland Meets Sardinia.
