An Intimate Sardinian Fine Dining Experience

An intimate eight-course tasting journey in Edinburgh, designed to be experienced slowly, where each dish unfolds a story between Sardinia and Scotland.

Each course is rooted in Sardinian heritage and elevated through contemporary technique, showcasing the finest Sardinian ingredients alongside exceptional Scottish and British produce.

The experience is thoughtfully opened with a welcoming gesture from my home and gracefully concluded with a final Sardinian expression from the kitchen.

Due to the intimate nature of the supperclub, availability is limited.


Guests are welcome to bring their own wine to accompany the experience.

A refined vegetarian eight-course tasting experience, featuring both warm and cold dishes and crafted with carefully selected seasonal ingredients.

Each course is designed to highlight natural flavours, texture and balance, following the same thoughtful structure and attention to detail as the main menu.
