1) Reservations & Credit Card Guarantee
- Online reservations are available for parties up to 8 guests. For 9+ guests, please contact us at 07707 602743 or scotlandmeetsardinia@gmail.com.
- A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings. No charge is made at the time of booking unless stated for special events.
- We may contact you to reconfirm your booking. If we are unable to reach you, we reserve the right to release the table.
2) Amendments
- Minor changes (time within the same service or guest count ±1–2) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- Increases in party size may require a different time or seating area; additional space is not guaranteed.
3) Cancellations & No-Show Policy
Scotland Meets Sardinia Supperclub is an independent Supperclub and our business relies heavily on reservations being honoured and/or sufficient notice being given of any changes to the booking.

- Please note that Scotland Meets Sardinia Supperclub reserves the right to charge £15 per person for any guest cancelling within 24 hours of the booking or for any no-show.
4) Allergies & Dietary Requirements
- Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking or at least 48 hours in advance.
- We will do our best to accommodate; however, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
5) Arrival Time & Table Holding
- We kindly ask you to arrive on time for your reservation.
- Tables may be held for up to 15 minutes; after that they may be released if we cannot contact you.
6) Groups & Private Events
- For parties of 9+ or private hire, please contact us to discuss tailored menus, timings, and pricing.
- Special menus and deposits may apply to larger groups or exclusive events.
7) Children & Accessibility
- Please let us know if you need space for a pram or a high chair; availability is limited.
- If you have accessibility needs, contact us in advance so we can advise on seating options.
8) Service Charge & Payments
- Optional service charge may be added for large groups; tips go to the team.
- We accept major cards and contactless payments.
9) Photography & Social Media
- Discreet photography is welcome; please be mindful of other guests.

10) Privacy & Card Data
- Card details are processed securely by our reservation partner and are not stored on our systems.
- We process personal data in line with applicable regulations and only for booking management and service communications.
